Interior Health is seeking a roofing contractor to fully replace the ICU roof Section F with a new SBS modified bituminous system. Work includes demolition to the concrete deck, new vapour barrier, insulation, cover board, membrane installation, flashing and parapet changes, drainage upgrades, and penetrations. The goal is to deliver a watertight roof by the required turnover date.
