United Counties of Leeds and Grenville has issued an RFI in Brockville, Ontario for a 24-hour year-round drop-in centre or seasonal warming centre for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The Counties want input on available space, qualified operators, and viable delivery models to support coordinated homelessness response services. They are especially seeking one permanent year-round location, but will also consider seasonal options from November 1 to March 31.
