Reconstruct County Road 21 Phase 3 in Simcoe County, widening the corridor from two to four lanes over 1.4 km in Innisfil. Scope includes road reconstruction, concrete works, storm and sanitary sewers, watermain and services, HDD, dewatering, culvert replacement, retaining slopes, guide rail, a multi-use trail, a boardwalk, and intersection upgrades with traffic signals. This is a major arterial expansion project.
