Development Area 2 HAMP Study

City of Sarnia needs a consultant to complete a Highway Access Management Plan study for Development Area 2 and nearby roads, including Highway 40 and Highway 402 access points. Work includes reviewing existing and future traffic conditions, assessing impacts of planned development, preparing a traffic impact study, developing a conceptual access management plan, and securing approvals. The goal is to improve traffic safety, capacity, and efficiency for municipal and provincial highway access.
