Provide engineering services for the Highland Street corridor, including background review, preliminary and detailed design, surveying, cost estimating, environmental assessment, and preparation of construction tender documents. A provisional second phase may add construction management, materials testing, quality assurance/quality control, contract administration, and project management. The work enables the Town to plan, tender, and potentially oversee roadway improvements.
