Totem Lodge Redevelopment

Fraser Health Authority has issued a tender in British Columbia for the Totem Lodge redevelopment. Work includes renovating an existing single-storey long-term care building, reinstating all interior finishes, partial reconfiguration for 35 non-acute patients, and minor exterior works for a roof cooling unit and server-room window enclosure. The project covers about 1,606 m². It is limited to pre-qualified general contractors for acute care projects over $5M.
