The Township of Greater Madawaska needs a consulting firm to create a concept plan for the proposed Calabogie Junction Hub Campus. Work includes reviewing prior planning, defining program needs for a community and health/wellness hub, assessing site servicing and development options, and producing concept drawings/renderings. The plan will help the Township secure funding, support partnerships, guide feasibility work, and inform long-term capital planning for the 6.54-acre municipal site.
