Construct underground utility upgrades in Campbell River, including about 470 m of sanitary sewer, 30 m of watermain, and 10 m of storm sewer. The contractor must manage permits, traffic and site controls, coordinate with the City’s separate paving contractor, and restore pavement markings after asphalt work.
