City of Cornwall has issued a tender in Cornwall, Ontario for master planning and site design for the Port Lands waterfront site at 540 and 580 Harbour Road. The work includes a master plan, land use plan, design guidelines, Indigenous co-design with Akwesasne, community engagement, marine/access analysis, and feasibility work for the 16-acre Potash Point site.
