The Town of Drumheller needs a consultant to develop a municipal Asset Management Plan and Implementation Roadmap, plus two State of the Infrastructure reports for its water and wastewater systems. The work will assess current asset condition, identify lifecycle risks and funding priorities, and provide a practical roadmap for improving long-term infrastructure planning and investment decisions.
