Metro Vancouver seeks a consultant to manage and advise on employee group benefits and actuarial valuation needs over a three-year term. Work includes strategic oversight of health, dental, life, and disability plans for about 2,185 employees, plus annual post-employment benefit disclosures and actuarial support. The selected firm will help optimize benefit administration, assess plan costs and liabilities, and support ongoing compliance and reporting.
