City of Cornwall has issued a tender in Cornwall and the SDG region, Ontario, for pre-qualified contractors to provide as-required large item removal, vacant unit clean-outs, move-out cleaning, selective demolition, biohazard remediation, and related property clean-up at Housing Services sites. Contractors must supply all labour, equipment, transport, disposal, and cleanup resources. The roster runs from award through August 31, 2027.
