Compass has issued a tender in Ontario for nonprofit budget process revamp, financial forecasting, and reporting services. The selected consultant will redesign the annual budget process, realign GL codes to Ontario ministry funding requirements, build monthly and quarterly reporting templates in Excel and Power BI, and prepare 1-, 2-, and 3-year forecasts for bargaining, operating, and restructuring scenarios.
