City of St. Albert has issued a tender in Alberta for preliminary engineering and design services for St Albert Trail Phase 4. The consultant will develop a 60% design from Neil Ross Road to about 150 m north of Township Road 544, covering road geometry, intersections/access, stormwater drainage, active transportation, streetlighting, utilities, and construction cost estimates. Optional preliminary design work for Hogan Road between Giroux Road and North Ridge Drive is also of interest.
