The City of Stratford is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop a 10-year Recreation & Leisure Master Plan. The work includes assessing current and future needs for parks, trails, open space, recreation programs, facilities, and amenities; setting service levels and priorities; and creating an implementation, capital, and monitoring framework. The plan must address Stratford-specific issues such as downtown/Grand Trunk recreation opportunities, long-term soccer field replacement, growing cricket demand, and alignment with existing city strategies. This plan will guide equitable, accessible, and financially sustainable recreation investment over the next decade.
