Renovate three municipal park washroom buildings in St. Clair Township. Work includes roof removal and replacement, limited interior wall demolition and repairs, new plumbing and electrical installations, accessible washroom upgrades, interior/exterior painting, and site-specific privacy partition removal. Contractor must also obtain plumbing/electrical permits, install motion-sensor lighting and automatic overnight door locking, and account for existing site conditions across Guthrie, Branton Cundick, and Willow parks.
