Supported Transitional Housing

Niagara Region is seeking providers to operate supported transitional housing for people experiencing homelessness who need temporary accommodation plus wraparound supports. The work includes helping clients stabilize, address barriers to permanent housing, and transition into long-term housing under a Housing First, coordinated-access model. Proponents may serve people moving from incarceration, unsafe living situations, youth homelessness, newcomer settlement, employment transitions, or family-related disruptions.
