Wahpeton Lagoon Upgrade

Construct and upgrade wastewater lagoon infrastructure, including a new treatment cell, refurbishment of an existing cell, consolidation of storage/exfiltration cells, and new inlet and control structures. The project also includes force main realignment, a truck dump, and access road improvements while keeping the lagoon operational.
