Prequalify open-cut general contractors for the Green Lane Watermain Phase 1A project. Contractors will later compete for construction of about 1.7 km of watermain installation, including testing, commissioning, and integration readiness for the Green Lane Water Treatment Plant. This is a multi-year utility infrastructure project requiring proven watermain construction capability and mandatory OHSMS certification.
